A Step Above: Nicholas John Veslany

Coronado High School

Class of 2010

Music is more than just a great background distraction for Coronado High School senior Nick Veslany; it has a rhythm and a philosophy he sets his life to. Like notes that dance across a page of sheet music, Nick marches toward the future proudly, baton waving in sync with the beat, confident in his ability to lead his peers and move his listeners. He is vigilant in his stance to be an individual; to earn respect, rather than feel entitled to it; and to follow his passion wherever it may lead, and for these qualities, Nick Veslany is – A Step Above.
