Fourth annual “Diamond Dig” to benefit Dress for Success Southern Nevada
On Thursday, Sept. 10, from 5 to 7 p.m., MJ Christensen will again host a “Diamond Dig” to benefit Dress for Success Southern Nevada, the local affiliate of the international non-profit that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and career development tools to help them thrive in work and life.

WHERE: Thursday, Sept. 10, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Attendees can win great prizes at the Diamond Dig by buying a “scoop” from a sandbox filled with gemstones that correspond to prizes. One lucky person will win the grand prize, an Asher 14kt yellow gold diamond and enhanced colored diamond pendant weighing 1.23ctw in diamonds on a 14kt yellow gold chain, donated by MJ Christensen and valued at $2,560.
With hors d’oeuvres and wine, the evening will be a fun night pairing beautiful jewelry with a great cause. In addition, 10 percent of the proceeds from purchases made that night will benefit Dress for Success Southern Nevada.
Special guests include former clients of Dress for Success Southern Nevada who will discuss how the organization changed their lives, members of the North Las Vegas Fire Department to assist with the digging, and Jennifer Lier as Marilyn Monroe.
