WinterFest is the city’s annual Christmas celebration, and this year, the event is inspired by popular fairy tales. The festivities include a tree lighting ceremony with Mayor Hafen, visits with Santa Claus, carriage rides, craft fair and holiday entertainment. The WinterFest Evening Light Parade begins at 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 13 with children’s author Kevin Janison serving as the grand marshal.
